Learn how to measure your outdoor furniture cushions accurately to guarantee a perfect custom fit.

PRO MEASURING TIPS

Measure the Cushion, Not the Furniture

For the most accurate measurements, please measure along the **seamline or edges** of your existing cushions. Do not measure from the center of your cushions where the fiber insert may have shifted or bulged over time. If you do not have old cushions, measure the clear inside width, depth, and back height of the furniture frame, allowing a 1/2" gutter for easy placement.

GUIDE 1

Seat & Back Cushions

For Lounge Chairs, Club Chairs, Benches, Sofa Seats, and Ottomans.

Measuring Seat Cushions:

  1. Width: Measure the seat cushion from left seam to right seam across the front edge.
  2. Depth: Measure from the front seam to the back seam along the side edge.
  3. Thickness: Measure the foam thickness from top seam to bottom seam (do not include cushion puffiness).

Measuring Back Cushions:

  1. Width: Measure the back cushion from left seam to right seam.
  2. Height (Depth): Measure from the top seam to the bottom seam.
  3. Thickness: Measure from the front seam to the rear seam.

High Back Cushions

For High Back Dining Chairs and Patio Rockers.

Measuring High Back Cushions:

  1. Top Section Depth: Measure from the top edge down to the center hinge fold line.
  2. Bottom Section Depth: Measure from the hinge fold line forward to the front edge of the seat.
  3. Width: Measure the width from left seam to right seam across the seat.
  4. Thickness: Measure the side profile thickness from top seam to bottom seam.

Chaise Lounge Cushions

For Sunloungers, Deck Chaises, and Pool Loungers.

Measuring Chaise Cushions:

  1. Top Section Depth (Back): Measure from the top seam down to the hinge fold point where the chaise bends.
  2. Bottom Section Depth (Seat): Measure from the hinge fold point forward to the very front foot seam of the cushion.
  3. Width: Measure the cushion width from one side seam to the other side seam.
  4. Thickness: Measure the profile thickness from top to bottom seam.
