Fully Stuffed & Pre-Assembled Standard Shipping

We professionally stuff and steam-finish your cushions at our Simi Valley facility. Your cushions ship fully assembled in custom-sized flat boxes, ready to place directly onto your outdoor furniture.

Rolled Foam & Cover Only (DIY Stuffing) Save on Shipping

Save on shipping rates! We pack your custom sewn fabric covers and vacuum-roll the foam cores into a much smaller, compact shipping box. You will unroll the foam and slide it into the covers yourself upon arrival.
Note: We will make the zipper wider than normal to allow for easier stuffing.
