License to Use
Unless otherwise stated, Cushion Corner and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Cushion Corner. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Cushion Corner for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
Custom Cushion Manufacturing Policy
Please review this section carefully prior to placing custom cushion orders.
Because all of our custom-made cushions, bench pads, pillows, canopies, and daybed items are cut, sewn, stuffed, and handcrafted to your exact shapes, sizes, and fabric specifications, they are unique items. Therefore, **all sales are final**. We cannot accept cancellations, returns, refunds, or exchanges once production has started.
- Cancellation Period: You have exactly 24 hours from placing your order to request a cancellation or modification. After 24 hours, raw materials are cut, and cancellations are strictly prohibited.
- Measurement Responsibility: Customers are solely responsible for providing correct measurements. We manufacture to within a 0.25-inch margin of safety. We are not liable for cushions that do not fit due to incorrect dimensions submitted. Please review our measuring guides.
- Fabric Dye Lot Variations: Fabric dye lots can vary slightly between production runs. Minor color variations between digital monitor screens and physical fabrics are normal and do not constitute grounds for replacement.
- Mail-In Fabrics (COM): If you choose to mail in your own fabric, you must ship the required yardage to our Simi Valley factory. Cushion Corner is not responsible for defects or shrinkage inherent in customer-supplied fabrics.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship custom orders nationwide using UPS, FedEx, or dedicated regional freight carriers. For SoCal local deliveries (Simi Valley, Thousand Oaks, Malibu, etc.), we coordinate drops directly with clients. Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, transit times and delays are outside our control. Any damaged shipments must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with photos.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Cushion Corner, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website or purchasing of products, whether such liability is under contract. Cushion Corner, including its officers, directors, and employees, shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website.
